Tides of War

When I play the game it suddently just freez and I have to tab out to windows (xp) and there I see a new window and in it it stands

"Palette loading error"

And the topic in the window is

"Game istallation Error"

There was no error under the install.

plz help little me

Sounds like a faulty install disk. Suggest you take it back to the store you purchased it from and exchange it.
