how do you do it? i thought it was only the sorta thing you could do under special circumstances.

you can only do it in chapter 1 when ordered to.

I'd love to commandeer an enemy ship and use it against them though. That would rock.

As far as I was aware capturing ships was a very rare occurance during the two World wars. It is something that belonged to a bygone age of warfare. even if ships did strike they were usually sent to the bottom after the crews were taken off.
